CAREGIVERS

Home Care Associates (HCA) is a Washington State Licensed Home Care Agency. Your caregiver is a bonded, insured employee of Jewish Family Service of Seattle, a non-profit agency. HCA caregivers are primarily licensed certified nursing assistants. HCA caregivers and client care plans are supervised by a licensed nurse. Home Care Associates caregivers go through a thorough screening process including a Washington State Patrol background check, employment verification and reference checks, Department of Motor Vehicles driving record check, criminal background check and finger printing. Jewish Family Service handles all employer responsibilities including payroll taxes, ongoing transportation and onsite supervisory visits.
